Evangelism


      While the term ‘evangelism’ may have gotten a bad rap in recent years, our goal is to bring the meaning back to its Greek roots—literally ‘Good News’. The Second Church evangelism committee wants to share the good news of Christ and his Kingdom in a way that is genuine, effective, and loving. The evangelism committee covers a lot of ground then, from setting the standard in missional living, making sure visitors feel welcome, knowing that their visit was appreciated, and getting them connected into the church community.
