The Radical Walk


Are we really prepared to be followers of Jesus? Can we handle the radical example He sets for us? In August we will be focusing our attention on the Gospel of Matthew, where all of our readings focus on Jesus' powerful love and way of living. Whether it was feeding the five thousand—encouraging Peter to walk on water—healing the daughter of a Canaanite woman—or even taking the time to rest; Jesus revealed what the power of God is all about. His actions make a simple declaration: that if we are willing, we are capable of doing the same when we walk with Christ.
